Ike’s background is a unique blend of old and new. With a career rooted in digital strategy, he also spent his high school days working in a print shop, fostering an early appreciation for the tangible beauty of ink on paper. When he’s not crafting compelling copy for clients or testing out the latest fountain pen, you’ll likely find him exploring Chattanooga’s vibrant downtown with his golden retriever, Twain, always on the lookout for the next great stationery shop.

In 2018, he founded “The Write Words,” a copywriting agency specializing in crafting compelling narratives for businesses with a focus on sustainable and ethical practices. His work quickly gained recognition, earning him a feature in Inc. Magazine in 2020 and a coveted “Small Business of the Year” award from the Chamber of Commerce in 2021.

In 2025, he launched Millennial Pen, a blog dedicated to sharing his love for all things writing instruments.
