Roaring 20’s: Launching a Decade of Cultural Change

Happy New Year! As we step into a brand new decade, it comes with a tangible excitement and a longing for what is to come. In the world of politics, this is an extremely important year: we are less than 11 months out from a massive election. We are having crucial battles over abortion, the sovereignty of our borders and what kind of nation we will be going forward. But these battles in 2020 are simply introducing a broader cultural fight for the coming years.

The next decade will be one of contrasts. Our generation will have some of the strongest champions of conservatism and traditional values in the last 100 years. We will also have the strongest version of socialist, climate-change fanatics trying to destroy the West. These ideas will clash this decade – and we must win. The future of our families, communities and nation depends on you and me holding the line.

Our generation will begin taking a more active role in business, politics and culture. We can be instruments of fresh change while still reflecting the values that have given us prosperity, success and a solid foundation.

We have much work to do.

Hollywood is pumping out films and TV determined to undermine the family structure, American values and even basic biology.

The Left owns almost every media outlet in the country – injecting their ideology 24/7 into our country’s bloodstream. Postmodern Marxist teachers are influencing our generation from kindergarten to college. Kids are being taught to disdain their country and history. They are being taught radical ideologies like critical gender theory, causing children to be unsure of their God-given identity.

Sixty million babies have been aborted since Roe v. Wade in 1973. Democrats have been pushing for unrestricted abortion through all 9 months of pregnancy.

Unchecked legal and illegal immigration and a lack of assimilation is changing the political texture of our country, allowing Leftists to build strongholds in states like California and Virginia . . . with Texas projected to turn blue in the near future. This has the potential to lock in an electoral winter for the next century.

The ultimate goal of our political victories should be to create a strong economy, healthy communities and a tight social fabric for the nation. We should fight chaos, disorder and cultural degeneracy at every turn. Our generation can be the reason the United States did not follow the path of Rome: from strong empire to tattered ruins through a degraded culture. Conservatism is defined as conserving what is GOOD about us, our culture and our nation.

I believe we can continue winning political races and begin winning the culture over the next decade. If we can take responsibility to better ourselves and push forward our beliefs with boldness, we can change the future of our local communities.

Here’s to a New Year and a brand new decade of saving America – one win at a time.
